Provision of Umrah Services for FY 2026-27 by Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites bids for the provision of Umrah services for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for Air Travel Agents registered with IATA and licensed by the Government of Pakistan for Hajj and Umrah services, with valid FBR and PRA registration and at least 10 years of experience in similar services. The contract involves facilitating six persons for Umrah for 15 days. Items being procured: - Air Tickets from Lahore to Jeddah and back to Lahore in economy class - Hotel stay at Makkah and Madina (within 500 meters of Haramain Sharifain) - Local Journey (Jeddah-Makkah-Madina-Makkah-Jeddah) - Ziarah in Makkah and Madina - Processing of visas The scope includes arranging travel, accommodation near holy sites, local transportation, religious visits, and visa processing. Bidding will follow PPRA Rules 2014 under a Single Stage One Envelope basis. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website, PIEDMC website, and Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System for submission. Bid security of Rs. 57,600 (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Firms blacklisted by PIEDMC or PPRA or providing false information will be disqualified. PIEDMC reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 20th November 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Only bids submitted through the e-Procurement portal will be accepted.
