Provisioning of Rental Vehicles with Drivers for DRAP Field Activities in Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore, Karachi and Quetta

Vehicle categories include up to 1000 CC cars, up to 1350 CC cars, up to 1500 CC cars, and trucks up to 3000 CC. The vehicles must be model year 2023 or newer. The scope covers urban areas, industrial estates, and adjoining regions as specified for each city, including Islamabad and Rawalpindi urban areas, Kahuta Industrial Triangle, Gilgit Baltistan, Peshawar city and adjoining areas, Lahore industrial estates and Punjab province, Karachi industrial estates and interior Sindh, and Quetta and Hub Industrial Estate. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by the deadline of Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Bid Securing Declaration is required. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) with technical criteria including fleet size, experience, and registered office location.
