Tender Description
The Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) Karachi is conducting a public auction for off road and old used vehicles. The auction will be held at PMSS Indus Plot No 34-A Dockyard Road Karachi on 05 August 2026 at 1000 hours. This is a unique opportunity for suppliers and buyers interested in acquiring used vehicles from a government agency.
Items being procured:
- Mazda Truck (Fire Tender) 3455 CC Model 2002
- KIA Sportage 1998 CC Model 2003 (3 units)
- Mitsubishi Van 2477 CC Model 2006
- Admin Truck 2800 CC Model 2006
- TLC Jeep 2779 CC Model 1996 (3 units)
- Jinching Van 2771 CC Model 2017 (5 units)
The vehicles are offered on a "where and as it is basis". Interested parties may inspect the vehicles from 27 July 2026 to 30 July 2026 between 1000 to 1400 hours at the auction venue. Separate bids must be submitted for each vehicle. An entry fee of Rs. 2000 per person is required on the auction day. Only persons carrying original computerized National Identity Cards will be allowed entry.
Successful bidders must pay 25% of the bid amount in cash on the spot, with the remaining balance payable within 7 days. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the initial 25%. Vehicles can be taken after full payment within 7 days of bid approval. PMSA will remove number plates at delivery and buyers must apply for new registration within 15 days. An 18% sales tax on the purchase price must be deposited in the State Bank of Pakistan.
This auction is governed by PPRA rules 33(i), and the Director General PMSA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or stop the auction without assigning any reason. For further information, contact 021-48509196 or 021-48509780.
