Pumping Machinery Packages for Public Health Engineering Division-I Peshawar

The Public Health Engineering Division-I, Peshawar, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring multiple packages of pumping machinery. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the water supply infrastructure in Peshawar through the installation and commissioning of specialized pumping equipment. The technical scope covers fourteen distinct packages of pumping machinery. Bidders must have valid licenses from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 with specific specializations including CE09, CE10, EE04, EE11(vi), and ME07(v). Additionally, a valid Electric Contractor License (Class-E) issued by the Inspectorate of Electricity, Energy and Power Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is mandatory. The machinery must be certified by the Standardization Committee of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or have valid dealership authorization for pumping machinery products. Registration with the Provincial Enlistment Committee, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, and Federal Board of Revenue with active NTN and STRN statuses is also required. Interested bidders should note that the bid security is 2% of the engineer’s estimated cost. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA portal. A non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 2,000 in the form of a call deposit receipt is required. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 7th May 2026 at 11:00 hours, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 hours. Physical submission of original bid securities and document fees is also required before the deadline. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all registrations and licenses are current and valid at the time of submission, as non-compliance will lead to disqualification.
