Purchase of 10 Nos LED (85-inches) for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department Peshawar

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department invites sealed tenders on E-PADS from eligible bidders/firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for the purchase of 10 Nos LED (85-inches) to be delivered to the Centralized Godown at Malik Muhammad Saad Shaheed Police Lines, Peshawar. Items will be physically inspected by an Inspection Committee and operationally tested at the contractor's cost. Bidders must submit proposals through E-PADS addressed to Addl: IGP Headquarters, Government of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department, Peshawar. The delivery period is 45 days or as per contract agreement. Eligibility requires firms to be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. A 2% bid security must be submitted with the financial proposal from a scheduled bank in favor of the Inspector General of Police, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department. Upon acceptance, a 10% security deposit of the total value of stores is required as a Call Deposit. Rates must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, charges, packing, and freight. The last date for submission is 06.10.2026 up to 10:30 hrs, with technical proposals opening the same day at 11:00 hrs in the Conference Room CPO, Peshawar.
