Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST registration certificate, detailed company profile, compliance with bidding terms, audited financial statements for last 3 years, valid Chamber of Commerce certificate, Sindh Food Authority certificate (for diet items), professional tax certificate, minimum 3 years experience with documentary proof, turnover details, authorized dealership or manufacturer certificate, and affidavits regarding litigation and blacklisting status. The bid validity period is 90 days. Earnest money of 3% of bid amount in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Samaro is required before bid opening. Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA Sindh EPADS website or purchased from the Medical Superintendent's office during office hours upon payment of the tender fee of Rs. 5000 (non-refundable).
