Purchase of 15% LP Medicines, Miscellaneous Items, Dietary Items, Life Savings Medical Supplies and Consumables

The Office of the Medical Superintendent Taluka Hospital Kot Ghulam Mohammad District Mirpurkhas invites bids for procurement of medical and allied items for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender is specifically for the purchase of 15% Local Purchase Medicines and its allied items, miscellaneous items (other store), dietary items related to patient diet expenditure, life savings medical supplies such as oxygen gas, and specific/generic consumables. Items being procured: - 15% Local Purchase Medicines for the Year 2026-2027 - Miscellaneous items (other store) - Dietary items (expenditure on diet of patients) - Life Savings Medical Supplies (Oxygen Gas) - Specific / Generic Consumables The scope includes supply and delivery to the Taluka Hospital Kot Ghulam Mohammad in Mirpurkhas district. Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA Sindh EPADS website or purchased from the Medical Superintendent office upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable tender fees. Bidders must submit a comprehensive technical and financial bid including all standard bidding documents duly signed and stamped. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST registration, Sindh Food Authority certificate (for diet items), professional tax certificate, chamber of commerce certificate, audited financial statements for the last 3 years, minimum 3 years of relevant experience, and bank certificates for turnover. Affidavits regarding litigation and blacklisting status are also required. The bid validity period is 90 days. Earnest money of 3% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Kot Ghulam Mohammad prior to bid opening. The tender opening will be held at the THQ Hospital Kot Ghulam Mohammad on 21st July 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid submission deadline at 11:00 AM the same day. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
