Purchase of 25 New Non-Inverter Split Type Air Conditioners for Bahria University Karachi Campus

Bahria University Karachi Campus (Bahria University) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 25 new Non-Inverter Split Type Air Conditioners for its Karachi Campus located at 13-National Stadium Road, Ferozabad Sub-Division, Karachi East. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2026. Items being procured: - 10 units of 1.5 Ton Non-Inverter Split Type Air Conditioners - 15 units of 2 Ton Non-Inverter Split Type Air Conditioners The air conditioners must meet technical specifications including minimum cooling capacities of 18,000 BTU for 1.5 Ton and 24,000 BTU for 2 Ton units, rotary or twin rotary compressors, R-410A refrigerant or environmentally friendly equivalent, minimum 4-Star energy efficiency, wall-mounted indoor units with digital display and remote control, washable filters, multiple operating modes, low noise operation, and comprehensive warranty of minimum 1 year with 5 years compressor warranty. Complete standard installation including copper piping, drain pipe, wiring, and accessories is required. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have relevant work experience, and must not be blacklisted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be opened on November 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all eligibility and technical requirements. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
