Contractors must have relevant experience and be on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, or D. PEC registration is mandatory and must be submitted with the application. Contractors must also provide a certificate confirming no ongoing litigation with government departments and no outstanding inspection reports from the Directorate of E-in-C's Branch GHQ.
