Purchase of Answer Sheets and Envelopes under University Budget-2026-27

Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture Multan invites all potential firms, authorized distributors, dealers, and suppliers with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration to submit their E-bids or proposals using the Punjab e-Procurement System for the purchase of Answer Sheets and Envelopes under the University Budget-2026-27. The procurement will follow a Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Answer Sheet Final Theory (Lot-I) with estimated cost Rs. 1,200,000 - Answer Sheet Mid Theory (Lot-I) with estimated cost Rs. 600,000 - Envelope Large & Small (Lot-II) with estimated cost Rs. 325,000 The bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications are available at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must note that in case of an official holiday on the day of submission, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The University reserves the right to reject any bid prior to acceptance as per clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, with grounds of rejection communicated upon request. Bidders should ensure they have established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost of each lot is required. The submission and opening of bids will take place on 08-10-2026, with receiving time at 11:00 AM and opening at 11:30 AM.
