This procurement is specifically for the acquisition of a D-RTK Base Station for UAV (Drone) and LiDAR Sensor, designed to enhance geoscientific research capabilities in Peshawar. Items being procured:
- D-RTK Base Station for UAV (Drone) & LiDAR Sensor with specifications including multi-constellation GNSS receiver, high positioning accuracy, multiple data link options, 16 GB memory, lithium-ion battery, and operating temperature range from -20° to 55° C.
The scope includes supply, installation, calibration, and one year of free service and warranty. The equipment must be new, original, and compliant with ASTM standards. Suppliers must provide all necessary accessories, consumables, and training for two end users. Pre-delivery and post-delivery inspections will be conducted by the designated technical committee. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have authorization from the manufacturer, and demonstrate prior experience in supplying similar equipment in Pakistan.
Earnest money of 2% of the total bid cost is required in the form of demand draft or pay order. Bids must be submitted through the online E-PADS portal by the deadline of 21st October 2026 at 10:30 AM, with technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes. The opening of bids will occur on the same day at 11:00 AM. The tender fee is Rs. 1000/-. The supplier is responsible for customs clearance, insurance, and delivery to the University premises in Peshawar.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documentation, including authorization certificates and technical literature, is complete and submitted in both hard and soft copies on USB/CD. This will facilitate smooth evaluation and compliance with tender requirements.
This tender offers a valuable opportunity for qualified suppliers to contribute to advanced geoscientific research infrastructure in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
