Purchase of Electric, General and Plumbing Items for Lahore College for Women University

Lahore College for Women University, Lahore invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules for the purchase of electric, general and plumbing items on a Package/LOT wise basis. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, and sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax). Items being procured: - Electric items (Estimated Amount PKR 2,926,860) - General items (Estimated Amount PKR 1,589,908) - Plumbing items (Estimated Amount PKR 289,640) The bidding will be conducted through E-Procurement using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security of the estimated cost electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidding documents including terms, conditions, and specifications are available free of cost on the PPRA and LCWU websites. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives under PPRA Rule 30(1). Bid validity is 180 days. Bidders must also submit a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper along with bid documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
