Purchase of Equipment & Consumables For HEC NRPU Research Grant

COMSATS University Islamabad (Wah Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Equipment & Consumables for the HEC NRPU research grant under Project No. 114655-106/NRPU/R6/TD/HEC/2026. The procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and is funded by COMSATS University Islamabad (Wah Campus) with the intent to apply part of the proceeds to cover eligible payments under the contract referenced as P92686. Items being procured: - Equipment - Consumables The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft or as specified. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gop.pk/opportunities/federal-procurements/92686. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation. The e-bids must be submitted on or before Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 11:00 am. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on the new EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gop.pk/.
