Purchase of Equipment for Digital Logic Design (DLD) Laboratory

Baba Guru Nanak University in Nankana Sahib invites electronic bids under PPRA Rules on an item wise basis for the purchase of equipment for the Digital Logic Design (DLD) Laboratory. Items being procured: - Equipment for Digital Logic Design (DLD) Laboratory as detailed in the tender document. The procurement will be conducted through E-Procurement using the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014. Interested bidders registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax) are eligible to participate. Bidding documents including Terms & Conditions, requirements, and specifications are available free of cost under Rule 25(1) at PPRA and the university websites. All bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing date and time of 23rd September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical bid will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the e-Procurement System. The bidder must also upload a duly signed Affidavit on the prescribed Stamp Paper along with the bid documents. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to require the original Affidavit for physical verification if deemed necessary. Bid validity is 120 days. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
