Tender Description
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (KP-TEVTA) invites bids through the E-PAK Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of training equipment packages for various institutes across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This tender covers multiple projects including the purchase of equipment, tools, and furniture for Government Polytechnic Institute (GPI) Chitral, establishment of skill development centers in jails and sub-jails of D.I. Khan, Swat, Charsadda, Swabi, and Karak, establishment of a skill development center in District Mohmand, and project establishment of government technical and vocational centers for GTVC (W) Paharpur and other locations.

The procurement involves authorized suppliers/manufacturers submitting bids online through KP-PPRA EPADS system. The items must meet minimum specifications acceptable to the KP-TEVTA technical committee, with higher specifications and branded items also acceptable. The scope includes supply of specialized training equipment and furniture tailored for technical and vocational education institutes across multiple districts.
Eligibility requires suppliers to be authorized manufacturers or suppliers with valid registrations. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security, with amounts specified per project. The bid processing fee is Rs. 5,000 per project, non-refundable. Successful bidders will provide a 10% performance guarantee through CDR. Delivery and warranty terms apply as per the purchase order.
The bid submission deadline is **29-07-2026** by 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM. Bids must be submitted online only; manual bids will not be accepted. The procurement committee will open bids in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
