Purchase of Fertilizer by Soil Salinity Research Institute Pindi Bhattian

The Soil Salinity Research Institute Pindi Bhattian invites bids for the purchase of fertilizer under a framework contract. This procurement is open to firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, and joint ventures registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The bidder must quote the rate inclusive of all applicable government taxes. Any bid without a quoted rate will be considered non-responsive. The lowest evaluated bidder will be selected based on the cumulative quoted rate for the entire lot. Delivery will be made by the bidder DDP at the Soil Salinity Research Institute, Pindi Bhattian.
