Tender Description
The Govt Secondary School for the Hearing Impaired Boys Swan Rawalpindi invites online submission tenders for the purchase of food items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is intended to support special students residing in the hostel of the school. The estimated procurement cost is **Rs. 2.5 million**.
Items being procured:

The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended 2024) using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure via the e-PADS platform. Interested bidders should ensure they are not blacklisted and upload their e-PADS performance certificate on stamp paper of Rs. 100 stating no default from PPRA and the procuring agency. All quoted rates include government taxes and GST valid until 30.06.2027.
