Purchase of Furniture for Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib

Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib invites electronic bids from firms, companies, sole proprietors, or engaged in manufacturing/trading registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax & Sales Tax) for the purchase of furniture. Items being procured: - Furniture Bidding shall be conducted through E-Procurement (Single Stage Two Envelope) as specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 which is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding documents. Interested eligible bidders can participate through e-procurement at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login. The bidding documents containing all Terms & Conditions, requirements, and Specification are immediately available under Rule 25(1), free of cost, at PPRA i.e. http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk EPADS website i.e. http://ep.punjab.gov.pk and http://bgnu.edu.pk. All bids on item wise basis must be uploaded through the e-procurement system before closing date and time. E-bids will be opened under PPRA Rule 30(1) in presence of bidders or their representatives. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost, to be deposited electronically through the facility available at Punjab e-Procurement System (EP). The bidder shall upload a duly signed Affidavit on the prescribed Stamp Paper, along with the bid documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP). However, the Procuring Agency reserves the right to require the successful bidder or any bidder, at any stage of the procurement process, to produce the original Affidavit for physical verification, if deemed necessary. Bid Validity will be 120 days. The URL of the website of the PPRA is (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx) and the response time shall be calculated exclusively from 24th Sept 2026 the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of the PPRA. In case of official holiday on the day of submission, next day will be treated as closing date. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the e-procurement instructions and ensure timely submission of all required documents to avoid disqualification. The earnest money must be submitted electronically as per rules to qualify for technical and financial evaluation.
