Tender Description
The Office of the District Education Officer Primary Badin under the School Education and Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, is procuring furniture for boys secondary schools in Taluka Matli and S.F.Rahu, District Badin for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement includes dual desks, teacher tables, and chairs with arm seats, specifically designed for government boys secondary schools in the district. The scope covers supply and delivery of furniture items to designated school sites within the district, with a delivery period of 180 days from the written order of commencement.
Eligible bidders must have active registration with the Income Tax Department and Sindh Revenue Board, valid NTN and GST certificates, and must not be blacklisted by any procurement agency. Experience of 1 to 5 years in supply of furniture and fixtures is required along with documentary evidence of at least two awarded and completed works. Bidders should also have a display center or warehouse with staff and skilled labor, provide warranty and after-supply services up to one year, and demonstrate financial capability with bank statements confirming cash availability of 10% of the estimated cost and turnover of 100% of the estimated cost.
The bid security is 5% of the bid amount, with 1% to be enclosed with the technical proposal and the remaining 4% with the financial proposal. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted by 01-06-2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the Office of the District Education Officer Primary Badin, located behind Government Boys High School near Allah Wala Chowk Badin. The technical bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 a.m.
