Purchase and Hiring of Miscellaneous Items and Services for CTD Layyah

District Officer CTD Layyah invites E-Bids through Punjab e-Procurement System for purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services based on Framework Contract from bidders including firms, companies, General Order suppliers, manufacturers or authorized agents/dealers/distributors (JVs if applicable) etc registered with Punjab e-Procurement System with PPRA Punjab engaged in trading, registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc) through open competitive bidding lot wise basis for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Purchase of items for Hot & Cold, Lubricants, Hiring for Service Rendered and Dietary items for Muharram/Chelum Duties - Purchase of Stationery Items, Computer Stationery Items and Printing of Misc. Registers/Files etc and Purchase of Misc./Others Items - Purchase/Repair/Replacement of Transport Items - Purchase/Repair/Replacement of Machinery & Equipment items, Furniture Items, Hardware & Equipment Items and Renewal of Misc. Software Items - Purchase of Items related to Bed & Boxes, Cost of Other Store, Plant & Machinery, IT Items and Furniture & Fixtures Items The procurement covers a wide range of items and services required by CTD Layyah for operational and administrative purposes. Bidders must be registered with Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with all relevant tax and registration requirements. Bids will be submitted and opened online on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal as per the schedule. Eligibility includes registration with PEC if applicable, valid FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with PPRA rules. Earnest Money/ Bid Security at 1% of the estimated cost per lot is required.
