Purchase of Imported Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) on PKR Basis

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) LPG Ltd Karachi invites bids for the purchase of imported Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) on local currency (PKR) basis for the month of July 2026. This procurement is specifically for supply to the SSGC LPG Terminal and Storage Facility at Port Qasim, Karachi, and possibly other terminals or plants across Pakistan as specified by the company. Items being procured: - Imported Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) on PKR basis The scope of work includes supply of LPG with unit price per metric ton inclusive of all taxes. Delivery is free at SSGC LPG Terminal and Storage Facility, Port Qasim, Karachi, or other specified locations. Delivery must commence within 5 days of purchase order issuance and follow the company’s delivery schedule strictly. The supplier must ensure all goods are dispatched with care and responsibility for damages or losses during transit until arrival at Port Qasim or other designated terminals. Lab test reports and compliance with technical specifications are mandatory. Eligibility criteria require suppliers to submit original or legible copies of technical specifications, test certificates, and compliance sheets. Bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL and demonstrate relevant experience. Joint ventures are allowed with proper documentation. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes indicating the tender enquiry number and addressed to the Head of Procurement at SSGC LPG Ltd Karachi. The bid opening will be held on July 30, 2026, at 1600 hours, with sealed bids accepted until 1530 hours the same day. Bidders should ensure timely delivery of bids and avoid late submissions. Earnest Money or CDR requirements are implied under standard terms. Advance payment may be made if the product is readily available at the SLL Port Qasim terminal.
