Purchase of Safety, Industrial, Electrical, and Office Items for Kundian

Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and have their own offices with valid contact details. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 AM to 13:00 PM except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays upon submission of a written request supported by a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 per schedule item, payable via bank draft or pay order to the Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Cash payments and call deposits will not be accepted. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope basis for certain items. Bids will be received up to the opening date at 13:30 hours and opened the same day at 14:00 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
