Purchase of Imported/Local Papers & Art Card for IRI, IIUI

The International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) invites sealed bids for the procurement of various imported and local papers and art card materials for the Islamic Research Institute (IRI) at its Faisal Masjad Campus in Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - White Local Paper, Size 23×36, 70 GSM (350 Reams) - White Imported Paper, Size 23×36, 75 GSM (100 Reams) - White Imported Paper, Size 20×30, 75 GSM (100 Reams) - Matt Finish Paper, Size 25×36, 128 GSM (10 Reams) - Regina Fancy Paper, Size 17×24, 80 GSM (5 Reams) - White Art Card, Size 25×36, 300 GSM (50 Packets) - White Art Card, Size 22×28, 260 GSM (50 Packets) - Bleach Card, Size 22×28, 300 GSM (50 Packets) - Bleach Card, Size 22×28, 250 GSM (50 Packets) - Lamination Glue DA-102 (100 Kg) - Chemical for Glue (25 Liters) The technical specifications require all papers and art cards to meet the stated sizes and GSM weights, with equivalency accepted for specified brands. Delivery is to be made within 31 days to Room No.46, Islamic Research Institute IIU, Faisal Masjad Campus, Islamabad Capital Territory. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and comply with all eligibility criteria including no conflict of interest and no blacklisting. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Call Deposit as specified. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Friday, September 18, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions. One practical tip is to register early on EPADS v2.0 and upload all required documents timely to avoid disqualification.
