Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Cash payments will not be accepted. No tenders will be sold on the opening day. Bids will be received up to the closing date at 13:00 hours and opened the same day between 13:30 to 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time as per rules.
