Purchase of Different Kinds of IT Items for On-Screen Marking by Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Faisalabad

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Faisalabad invites bids for the purchase of different kinds of IT items specifically for On-Screen Marking. This corrigendum updates the previous tender notice No. 269/SS dated 01-09-2026 and published on the Punjab E-Procurement System on 05-09-2026. Items being procured: - Lot No.02-High Speed Document Scanners The high-speed document scanners must have a throughput speed of 130-140 PPM at 300 dpi on colour and black & white with barcode scanning capability (equivalent or above). The document feeding capacity and connectivity should support 500 sheets or above with USB 2.0/3.0 or higher (equivalent or above). The daily duty cycle is 55,000 sheets per day (equivalent or above). The bidder will be responsible for consumables for 15 million scans with the scanner and provide a 3-year warranty, whichever comes first (equivalent or above). The country of origin should be USA, Europe, or Japan (equivalent or above). Additional technical specifications include a U turn/straight paper path for bulk scanning (equivalent or above), maximum document thickness more than 250 gsm for educational certificates and hard documents (equivalent or above), and a touch screen/control panel to monitor multi-feeds on the PC and quickly choose to ignore, accept, or rescan images from the scanner control panel (equivalent or above). Eligibility criteria include compliance with the Board's terms and conditions, and bidders must note that the affidavit on page 10, Sr. No. 02, may be considered omitted as per the corrigendum. The previous affidavit stating no involvement in litigation during the last 3 years is updated accordingly. The last date for submission of tenders is extended to 10-10-2026 till 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. on the Punjab E-Procurement System in the presence of the purchase committee and representatives of the firms. Bidders are advised to carefully review the updated terms and conditions on the Punjab E-Procurement System and ensure timely submission of their bids. It is practical to verify all technical specifications and warranty terms before bidding to avoid disqualification.
