Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital Gujrat is inviting bids for the Financial Year 2026-2027 from firms with proven technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. The procurement covers a diverse range of items and services essential for hospital operations in Gujrat. Items being procured: - Framework Contract / Purchase of Labs Kits and Chemical Reagents - Framework Contract / Purchase of Stationary Items - Annual Framework Contract of Printing Items - Framework Contract of Medical Gases - Outsourcing of Security Services - Local purchase day to day (LPDD) Purchase of Medicine & Disposable Items, Medical Devices and Chemicals The scope includes supply of laboratory kits and chemical reagents, various stationery and printing materials, medical gases required for hospital use, security services outsourcing, and procurement of medicines, disposable items, and medical devices. These procurements will be conducted under the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department Government of Punjab Lahore and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Eligible bidders should have relevant PEC categories, valid FBR/ATL registration, and experience in similar hospital supply contracts. Earnest Money in the form of bid security is required as a percentage of the estimated cost for each item, with 2% for most goods and 1% for security services. The successful bidders must provide a 5% performance guarantee in the form of CDR, bank draft, pay order, or preferably a bank guarantee.
