Re-Tender for Purchase of Medical Gases and Liquid Oxygen Gas for BVH, A&E, and Sadiq Abbasi Hospital Bahawalpur for FY 2026-27

The Quami Medical Complex (QAMC) along with Bahawal Victoria Hospital (BVH), Accident & Emergency (A&E), and Sadiq Abbasi Hospital in Bahawalpur invites bids on a framework rate contract basis for the purchase and supply of medical gases and liquid oxygen gas for the financial year 2026-27. This re-tender is open to manufacturers, importers, or sole agents of foreign principals authorized to supply these items on F.O.R basis for QAMC and its allied institutions in Bahawalpur. Items being procured: - Medical Gases - Liquid Oxygen Gas The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System, ensuring transparency and efficiency. Tender documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications can be obtained from the PPRA website and Punjab E-Procurement portal. Earnest money amounting to 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory for participation. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure (Technical and Financial) as per PPRA Rule 2014. Firms blacklisted or under disciplinary action by the procuring agency or PPRA are not eligible to participate. Only firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments can submit bids. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Quantity adjustments may be made based on fund availability and PPRA regulations. Bidders should submit their bids before the closing date and time of 15-09-2026 at 11:00 AM via the E-Pads system. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
