The scope includes supply according to approved specifications and samples. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and provide NTN, GST, and vendor numbers. A non-refundable pay order of Rs. 1000/- per item must accompany the application. Rates will be effective until 30-06-2027, and firms bear transportation charges. Successful bidders must submit a pay order equal to 5% of the bid amount as guarantee money within 24 hours of acceptance and ensure supply within 15 days of the supply order. Earnest money of Rs. 60,000/- per head is required, refundable after 30th June 2027. Conditional or incomplete bids without earnest money will be rejected. Tenders must reach the office of the Vice Principal by 14 October 2026 before 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized nominees. The college reserves the right to reject any bid under PPRA rules.
