Purchase of Medicines for Financial Year 2026-27 at Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar (Airports Security Force)

The Airports Security Force (ASF) at Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified pharmaceutical suppliers for the purchase of medicines for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Metronidazole 500mg 100ml (50 quantities) The medicines must be supplied within 27 days of contract award to the specified delivery location at Bacha Khan International Airport, Peshawar. Bidders must clearly specify the National or Multinational status of each quoted medicine, as bids lacking this information may be considered non-responsive for those items. Eligible bidders must be legally registered pharmaceutical suppliers with valid Drug Sale/Supply Licenses issued by competent authorities. They must provide evidence of previous experience in supplying medicines, valid NTN and GST registration, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Joint ventures are not allowed for this procurement. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The original bid security must be physically submitted to the Store Section ASF at Bacha Khan International Airport before the deadline. Late or manual submissions will be disqualified. The bid opening will be conducted on EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 11:30 AM. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and upload all required documents including bid security scanned copies well before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
