Atomic Energy Cancer Hospital Linar, Larkana invites bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the purchase of medicines and drugs for cancer patients under the Pakistan Bait ul Mal (I.F.A) Program for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement targets well reputed pharmaceutical companies, approved distributors, and suppliers from all over Pakistan as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (46-2). The sale and downloading of bidding documents for pre-qualification will start from the date of publication of this notice on the SPPRA EPADS portal. Items being procured: - Medicines and drugs for FY 2026-27 under SPPRA Rules-27(1)(d) for PBM Patients The technical scope includes supply of quality medicines and drugs specifically for cancer patients registered under the PBM program. Eligibility criteria require registration with DRAP, a valid Tax Department registration, and a minimum of 3 years of supply experience in reputable hospitals. Selection will be based on quality and cost. A non-refundable pre-qualification fee of Rs. 5,000/- in the form of a D.D/Pay Order/Banker Cheque in favor of Larkana Cancer Society Linar is required.
