Purchase of Miscellaneous Items and Services for CTD Sheikhupura Region

The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Sheikhupura Region invites E-Bids through the Punjab E-Procurement system for the purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is conducted on a lot-wise basis with open competitive bidding. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement system and PPRA Punjab, and comply with relevant tax and registration authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bids must be submitted lot-wise, and each lot requires a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost as specified. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement system. Samples of all items except repair work must be submitted before the bid opening date at the CTD Sheikhupura Regional Office.
