Detailed specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day except Sunday, between 0830 to 1230 hours (Friday 0830 to 1100 hours) upon payment of the tender fee through CDR or Bank Draft in favor of Pr. Accounts Officer, CENUM, Lahore. The revenue stamp must be affixed on the back of the CDR or Bank Draft. Tenders must be submitted using the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Received tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the specified dates and times at the given address. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender based on non-conformity to instructions or specifications.
