Purchase of Miscellaneous Stationery, Sanitary Items and Lab Items for CENUM Lahore

Sealed tenders are invited on F.O.R. Lahore CENUM, destination basis, from reputable Stockists, Firms, and Suppliers registered with Sales Tax Department and having GST/NTN. The procurement is for the purchase of miscellaneous stationery, sanitary items, and lab items for CENUM Lahore. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous Stationery and Sanitary Items - Miscellaneous Lab Items Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day except Sunday, from 0830 to 1230 hours (Friday 0830 to 1100 hours) upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000 through CDR or Bank Draft in favor of Pr. Accounts Officer, CENUM, Lahore. The revenue stamp must be affixed on the back of the CDR/Bank Draft. Tenders must be submitted adopting the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Received tenders will be opened in the presence of parties or their representatives on the given date and time at the specified address. Eligibility includes registration with Sales Tax Department, possession of GST/NTN, and having own offices and telephone numbers. Earnest Money and other bid security details are as per tender documents. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders based on non-conformity to instructions and specifications. Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure timely submission before the closing date. Late bids will not be entertained.
