Purchase of Printed Cover Sheets for SSC & HSSC Examinations 2027

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Faisalabad invites tenders from all Income and Sales Tax registered firms for the purchase of printed Cover Sheets for the SSC & HSSC Examinations 2027 under the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP). This procurement is specifically for high-quality cover sheets printed on 100 grams imported offset paper of A3 size (11.7"x16.5") made from virgin pulp with 95% plus brightness. The printing includes single colour black digital printing as per approved design and script with perforation at selected points, encrypted barcode 128 font printing with 16 digits including Board code I.D, and each cover sheet having a unique number/barcode. The bubble should not touch the surrounding border lines, and the relative distance of each content should remain consistent across all sheets. The cover sheets are double glazed on both sides with a minimum 12% Brust Factor, 95% brightness, and 90% minimum opacity. Items being procured: - Cover Sheets / MCQ Award & Roll No. Part as per sample - SSC: 3,700,000 sheets - HSSC: 2,000,000 sheets - SSC Practical: 575,000 sheets - HSSC Practical: 250,000 sheets - Total: 5,725,000 sheets The purchase will be made under PPRA rules using a single stage two envelope procedure. Participation in the bidding process through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) portal is mandatory; hard copy bids will not be accepted. Bidders must submit their profiles including technical and financial bids online through the eP portal. The last date for submission is 17-09-2026 by 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of the purchase committee and representatives of the firms. Sample printed cover sheets will be provided at the time of technical bid opening. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated price online as per the procedure established in the Punjab E-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab.
