The Office of the District Police Officer, Kasur, is inviting bids for the purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services under a framework contract for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Office Stationery - Computer Stationery - Printing - Sports - Hot & Cold - Tents & Tarpauls - Beds & Boxes - Others/Miscellaneous Items - Cost of Others Store - Road Safety & Campaigns - Electronic Communications - Hardware & IT Equipment - Transport (Repair & Maintenance) - Lubricants - Plant & Machinery (Purchase & Repair) - Furniture & Fixture (Purchase & Repair) - Other Buildings (Repair & Maintenance) The scope covers a wide range of goods and services including stationery, IT hardware, transport repair and maintenance, lubricants, plant and machinery, furniture, and building repairs. The contract is comprehensive and includes both purchase and repair works, ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of police department assets. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience in supplying or servicing the listed items. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee amounting to 2% of the estimated cost per lot is required. Performance guarantee of 5% will be demanded upon acceptance of the tender.
