Tender Description
The District Police Officer Bhakkar is inviting bids for the purchase and repair of various miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is intended to support the operational and maintenance needs of the police department in Bhakkar city, Punjab. The procurement will be conducted through e-procurement under the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended).
Items being procured:
- Transport (Rs. 22 Million)
- Hot & Cold items (Rs. 0.5 Million)
- Sports Items (Rs. 0.5 Million)
- Road & Safety items (Rs. 2 Million)
- Repair of Machinery (Rs. 2 Million)
- Repair of Furniture (Rs. 1.5 Million)
- Other Building related works (Rs. 40 Million)
- I.T Equipment (Rs. 1 Million)
The scope covers supply and repair works including transport facilities, hot and cold equipment, sports goods, road safety materials, machinery repairs, furniture repairs, building maintenance, and IT equipment. The contract will be managed through e-procurement ensuring transparency and efficiency.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, authorized sales or service dealers with valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Experience in similar government contracts and compliance with FBR/ATL registration is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each item.
The last date for submission of bids is 30th July 2026 by 12:00 PM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 1:00 PM in the office of the District Police Officer Bhakkar. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank.
