Purchase of Stationary, Printing & Publication, Computer Stationary and Other Stores under Framework Contract

The Government of the Punjab Industries, Commerce & Investment Department invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 for the purchase of goods under a framework contract on package/lot wise basis. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers duly registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Items being procured: - Stationary (Bid Amount Rs. 14,000,000, Bid Security Rs. 700,000) - Printing & Publication (Bid Amount Rs. 10,000,000, Bid Security Rs. 500,000) - Computer Stationary (Bid Amount Rs. 14,000,000, Bid Security Rs. 700,000) - Others (Bid Amount Rs. 10,000,000, Bid Security Rs. 500,000) - Cost of Other Stores (Bid Amount Rs. 11,000,000, Bid Security Rs. 550,000) The total estimated cost is Rs. 59,000,000 with a total bid security of Rs. 2,950,000. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and the department's procurement website. Electronic bids must be submitted/uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System before 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders may attend the opening meeting in the Committee Room of IC & I Department, Old P&D Building 2-Bank Road, Lahore. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Section Officer (General) at the given address from 17 August 2026 to 25 August 2026 during working days from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Bid validity will remain for 120 days after submission. The department reserves the right to reject all bids or scrap the bidding process at any time before award under PPRA laws. Bidders should ensure submission of a bid security of 5% of the estimated price in the form of CDR through online payment via I BILL.
