Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
Items being procured include a comprehensive range of stationery such as ball point pens (black, blue, red), binding clips and tapes, box files, scientific calculators, cash books, dak folders, DO paper (A4 and F4 sizes), double punches, double sided tapes, envelopes of various sizes and colors, fax toners, file flags and flappers, gel pens, gum sticks, highlighters, inks, log books, markers, paper clips and cutters, plastic file covers and separators, poker machines, various registers, ring folders, rubber bands, steel scales, shorthand notebooks, single punches, stamp pads, staplers and pins, table sets, multiple types of printer toners, writing pads, yellow pages and slips among others. Each item is specified with quantity, unit, and quality standards such as brand equivalence and color.
The technical scope requires compliance with specified quality standards and timely delivery within 10 days to NAB Complex Lahore. Eligibility criteria include NTN and GST registration, active taxpayer status, non-blacklisting certificate, and earnest money of Rs. 120,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit. Samples of quoted items must be submitted before bid opening. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, September 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Hard copies of bid security must be delivered physically to NAB Complex Lahore before the deadline. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
