Supply of POL Main Grades (HSD, LDO, PMG, K-II Oil, HFO & HOBC) for 2027

The Frontier Works Organization (FWO) invites sealed tenders from registered Oil Marketing Companies for the supply of POL Main Grades including HSD, LDO, PMG, K-II Oil, HFO, and HOBC for the year 2027. These supplies are required across multiple regions including Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), and Northern Areas. Items being procured: - HSD (High-Speed Diesel) - LDO (Light Diesel Oil) - PMG (Premium Motor Gasoline) - K-II Oil - HFO (Heavy Fuel Oil) - HOBC (Heavy Oil Base Component) The tender is issued by the Frontier Works Organization headquartered in Rawalpindi. Tender forms will be available for collection from 14 October 2026 to 28 October 2026 during office hours. The submission deadline for tenders is 29 October 2026 at 10:00 hours, with the opening of tenders scheduled for the same day at 11:30 hours. All Oil Marketing Companies must hold a valid marketing license from OGRA and be on the active FWO registration list to participate. Tenders will be opened in the presence of company representatives. The Assistant Director Supply and Transport at FWO holds the authority to cancel any tender with prior intimation of reasons.
