Sealed tenders are invited through E-Pad from registered firms and suppliers for the purchase of stationery items for Peshawar High Court, Peshawar. Items being procured: - White Paper (2000 Reams) - Computer Toner Pro 400 (80-A) (400 Nos) - Computer Toner 4003i (151-a) (150 Nos) - Uni Ball Point (200 Box) - Ball Point (400 Box) - Gel Pen (100 Box) - Pencil (Black) (400 Box) - Marker (50 Box) - High Lighter (60 Box) - Fluid with thinner (100 Nos) - Gum Stick (300 Nos) - Stapler Pin (500 Box) - Staples Remover (100 Nos) - Sharpener (200 Nos) The bidding documents including detailed specifications and quantities can be obtained from the Office of the Incharge Stationary Clerk at Peshawar High Court during office hours or downloaded from the websites of KPPRA and Peshawar High Court. Tenders must be submitted only through E-Pad and reach the undersigned by 20 August 2026 at 11:00 am. The tenders will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the office of the undersigned. A call deposit as earnest money of 2% of the total amount in the name of Registrar Peshawar High Court is mandatory. No tender will be considered without call deposit or if received after the deadline. The successful bidder must deposit security as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 and supply the items within fifteen days after the supply order, including payment of prescribed taxes. Failure to supply within the stipulated period or below standard quality will result in forfeiture of earnest money. The court reserves the right to reject any bid prior to awarding the contract. Bidders are advised to carefully review the specifications and ensure timely submission through the E-Pad system to avoid disqualification.
