Purchase of Stationery and Tyers for FY 2026-27 by University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir

The University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed tenders from registered and well reputed vendors for the purchase of Stationery and Tyers for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Stationery - Tyers Tender documents containing detailed specifications, terms, and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Treasurer UoK upon payment of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) via Bank Challan, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer UoK, AJ&K. The procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules for bid evaluation. Financial proposals must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Security/Earnest Money amounting to Rs. 700,000/- for Stationery and Rs. 750,000/- for Tyers in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Treasurer UoK. Rates should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees on F.O.R UoK basis and remain valid for 120 days. All applicable government taxes will be deducted at the time of payment. The last date for submission of bids is 14-09-2026 by 11:00 a.m. Bids should be delivered to the office of the Treasurer UoK, where Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
