Purchase, Supply, Installation and Placement of Office Furniture and Fixtures for Office Use

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, based in Islamabad, is procuring office furniture and fixtures for its Health & Accidental Insurance department located at the 3rd Floor, State Life Tower, Jinnah Avenue. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the office environment with quality furniture and fixtures. Items being procured: - Workstations (6 sets) - Office Tables (4 sets) - Revolving Chairs (36 sets) - Visitor Chairs (Normal) (6 sets) - Visitor Chairs (Executive) (4 sets) - Conference Table (1 set) - Moveable Wooden Partitions (2 sets) - Small Central Tables (4 sets) - Central Tables (2 sets) - Wooden Cabinet (1 set) - Treatment of wall seepage by supply, installation and fixation of PVC Sheets (300 sqft) - Supply, purchase, installation and fixation of Wallpaper (400 sqft) The technical scope includes supply, installation, and placement of furniture items with specifications such as high-quality mat finish sheets, soft board partitions, cable management provisions, and rubber glides for floor protection. The furniture includes workstations with seating for four persons, office tables with drawers and locks, revolving chairs with adjustable arms and headrests, visitor chairs in normal and executive styles, customized conference tables with USB and laptop charger connectivity, moveable wooden partitions, and wooden cabinets with multiple shelves and locks. The fixtures include treatment of wall seepage with UV sheets and fixation of wallpapers as per approved designs. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least five years of relevant business experience, be authorized dealers or manufacturers, registered with tax authorities, and have executed similar projects worth at least PKR 5 million in the last five years. Vendors must have local presence in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and submit a bid security of PKR 225,000. Physical samples must be presented during technical evaluation, and compliance with specifications is mandatory. The bid submission deadline is Monday, August 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0.
