Purchase, Supply, Repair and Maintenance of Medical and Related Items Upper Chitral

The District Health Officer Upper Chitral invites reputable firms registered with KPRA and E-PADS for the purchase, supply, repair, and maintenance of various medical and related items for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for suppliers and service providers operating in Upper Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Transportation of Medicines, Goods etc. - Purchase of Spare Parts and Repair/maintenance of Vehicles - Repair and Maintenance of Machinery and Equipment - Purchase of Laboratory Chemicals - Purchase of Dental Materials - Purchase of Bedding and Clothing - Petty Repair of Buildings - Supply, Filling, and Transportation of Oxygen Gas Cylinders The scope covers supply and maintenance services including transportation logistics, vehicle and machinery upkeep, procurement of chemicals and dental materials, as well as minor building repairs. The supply of oxygen gas cylinders also requires filling and transportation services. The delivery location is the Main Store of the District Health Office Upper Chitral, with suppliers bearing all costs and risks. Eligible bidders must be registered with KPRA, have valid sales and income tax registrations, and be listed on the KP E-PADS platform. Experience in the relevant fields is mandatory. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted. The tender follows a single stage, one envelope procedure with bids to be submitted online through E-PADS by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 29 July 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of the Purchase Committee.
