Tender Description
The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) (Administration Directorate) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of uniforms and accessories for its security staff in Faisalabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique under a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure.

The uniforms and accessories are to be delivered to West Canal Road, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad within 60 days of contract award, except for Beret Caps which have a 1-day delivery schedule. All items come with a 1-year warranty. Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical specifications and quality standards as detailed in the bidding documents.
Eligibility criteria include valid registrations such as NADRA CNIC/NICOP, FBR NTN and GSTN, SECP registration for companies, and compliance with other statutory requirements. Bidders must submit bid security as specified and comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents.
The deadline for bid submission is Friday, October 16, 2026 at 02:30 PM via EPADS v2.0. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
