Purchase of Uniforms, Stationery, Ration and Repair Services for Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Multan

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Multan invites online bids through E-PADS 2.0 from eligible dealers and firms having valid income tax and sales tax registration for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement includes purchase of goods and pre-qualification for repair and maintenance services required by the department in Multan. Items being procured: - Uniform along with complete accessories - Stationery / Computer Stationery - Cost of Other Stores / Miscellaneous Items - Ration Invitation for Pre-qualification for the following services: - Repair of Buildings - Repair of Transport - Repair of Machinery - Repair of Furniture - Repair of Hardware - Repair of IT Equipment - Transportation of Goods - Expenditure on Confiscated Goods - Provision of Janitorial, Electrical, and General Maintenance Services The procurement will be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope bidding. Bidders must submit their online bids on EPADS 2.0 by 12:00 PM on 29/10/2026. Bids will be opened online at 2:00 PM the same day. Bidders are required to submit a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of the Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Multan, issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan to the office address before the closing time. Only electronic submission of bids will be considered. Procurement is subject to budget availability and the department reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
