The Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for a Rate Contract for Procurement of Non-Consulting Services to supply Lunch/Refreshment items, Corporate Gifts, and Logistics Support for Training, Seminars, and Workshops across Punjab, Pakistan. This procurement is managed by the Punjab Family Planning Program located in Lahore. Items being procured: - Lunch/Refreshment items - Corporate Gifts - Logistics Support for Training/Seminars/Workshops The scope includes supplying quality refreshments and corporate gifts as well as providing logistics support for various training and seminar events organized by the PFPP. Bidders must ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards as per the bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted through a National, Post-qualification, Single Stage - One Envelope competitive process using Request for Quotation (RFQ) as per World Bank Procurement Regulations. Interested bidders can obtain further information and inspect bidding documents at the PFPP office at 05-Montgomery Road, Lahore during office hours from 0900 to 1700 hours before the bid submission deadline. Bids/Quotations must be delivered to the specified address on or before Tuesday, 08th September 2026 at 1600 hours. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened at 1630 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' designated representatives. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 100,000 in the form of an irrevocable Bank Guarantee or CDR from any scheduled bank. Bidders must comply with the World Bank Procurement Regulations and provide the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as part of the contract award process.
