Re-Auction of Damaged Pedestrian Bridge at Khyber KM 193+000-194+000 (N-5) Hyderabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Highway Authority (NHA) Sindh-South Region invites bids for the re-auction of a damaged pedestrian bridge located at Khyber KM 193+000-194+000 on National Highway N-5, pertaining to the NHA Maintenance Unit at Hyderabad. The bridge, dismantled from Khyber City, weighs approximately 12 tons and is placed on the NHA Plot Hatri near Hatri Police Station on Hyderabad Bypass Road. Items being auctioned: - Damaged Pedestrian Bridge at Khyber KM 193+000-194+000 (N-5) weighing approx. 12 tons The auction visit dates are from 06.10.2026 to 21.10.2026 during working days, with visiting hours from 10:00 AM to 03:30 PM at the Hyderabad Office of NHA located at NHA Complex, Near New Toll Plaza, Jamshoro. Application forms and bidding documents can be obtained from the Admin Wing office during office hours upon submission of a non-refundable payment of Rs.2,000 in favor of National Highway Authority. Bids must be prepared with a pay order equal to 25% of the total bid amount as bid security deposit, payable to National Highway Authority. Bids must be submitted on or before October 22, 2026, by 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the Conference Room of NHA Regional Office Sindh-South Karachi in the presence of bidders. Successful bidders will be paid for loading, unloading, and NHA weigh station charges based on actual weight, with payment made on a per kg rate basis upon receipt from NHA Weigh Station Hatri. All applicable government taxes will apply, but bids should be submitted without taxes to ensure fair competition. NHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
