Disposal of Unserviceable/Damaged Station Battery Cells, Iron Plastic and Wooden Scrap, and Tyres Off Sizes by National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited Rawat

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCP) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of unserviceable and damaged materials located at A-Type Store, Bakramandi, Rawalpindi and Site Store, 500kV Grid Station, Chakbeli Mor, Rawat. The disposal is on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis from interested firms, individuals, and companies. Items being auctioned: - Unserviceable/Damaged Station Battery Cells Off-sizes (1,094 Nos.) - Miscellaneous Iron, Plastic and Wooden Scrap (10,000 kgs.) - Unserviceable Tyres Off Sizes (461 Nos.) The auction follows the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure under EPADS v2.0 in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended), Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024, and WAPDA Material Disposal Procedure. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The quoted rates exclude all applicable taxes, which will be paid separately by the purchaser. Bid Security/Earnest Money of Rs. 621,748/- must be uploaded electronically on EPADS and submitted in original via Pay Order/Bank Draft to the Sr. Manager, 500kV Grid Station, Rawat before the closing date. Manual/physical bids are not accepted. Bids will be opened electronically on EPADS at the specified date and time. The highest responsive bid will be accepted subject to approval. Material can be physically examined up to 19.10.2026 during working hours at the specified stores. The successful bidder must collect the auctioned material on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis and remove all material within 21 working days after issuance of the Release Order.
