The work site is at GGLSS Barchani, Taluka Matli, District Badin. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, possession of an Electric Inspector Licence Renewal 2026-27 for concerned regions, submission of 5% bid security in the form of call deposit, and provision of documentary evidence of past completed and ongoing works, technical personnel qualifications, and financial capability.
