Rehabilitation of Existing Primary, Elementary and Secondary Schools Electrical Work at GBPS Soofan Sanghar, District Thatta

The Electrical Education Works Division Hyderabad invites bids for the rehabilitation of existing primary, elementary, and secondary schools electrical works at GBPS Soofan Sanghar, Taluka and District Thatta. This procurement is part of the ADP 399 project and aims to upgrade electrical infrastructure in educational institutions to ensure safety and functionality. Items being procured: - Wiring for light or fan point with 3/.029 PVC insulated wire in 20mm 3/4" channel patti on surface (8 units) - Providing and laying MAIN or SUB MAIN PVC insulated 2-7/029 copper conductor in 3/4" dia PVC conduit on surface (15 units) - Providing and fixing Brass Batten Holder (4 units) - Providing and fixing Backlight ceiling rose with 2 terminals (4 units) - Providing and fixing circuit breaker 6,10,15,20,30,40,50 & 63 Amp SP (1 unit) - Providing and fixing A.C Electric Ceiling fan 56" (4 units) - Providing and fixing one way SP 10/15amp switch surface type (8 units) - Providing and fixing three pin 10/15amp plug & socket flush type (1 unit) - Providing and laying MAIN or SUB MAIN PVC Sheeted two core copper 10.00 conductor 300/500 volts size 6mm2 (10 units) - P/F L.E.D Fancy type bulb 20 to 32 watts (8 units) - Supply and fixing Solar Panel 160w Mono with batteries 160Amps (1 set) - P/F Distribution Panel Board 3/8" thick sheeting Double Shutter with circuit breaker and painting (0.53 sq ft) The scope includes electrical wiring, installation of fans, switches, circuit breakers, LED bulbs, solar panels with batteries, and distribution panel boards at the specified schools. The work will be executed under the supervision of the Executive Engineer Electrical Education Works Division Hyderabad at the Government Boys High School Old Wahdat Colony Hyderabad. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, possession of an Electrical Contractor License for 2026-27, submission of 5% bid security in the form of call deposit, and submission of technical and financial proposals separately. Bidders must provide evidence of completed and ongoing electrical works, financial capability, and technical personnel qualifications. The tender documents are available on the E-Pads portal (https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pads system by 09-November-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer Electrical Education Works Division Hyderabad. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as notified. Earnest money must be submitted in the name of the Executive Engineer Electrical Education Works Division Hyderabad. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected.
